Rev. Fr. Kingsley Ogbuji belongs to the Catholic Religious Community of the Society of St. Joseph’s of the Sacred Heart, also known as “The Josephites”. He holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from the Pontifical Urban University in Rome, a Master of Arts degree in theology, and a master of divinity degree from the Dominican House of Studies in Washington, DC. He also holds a Master of Arts in Rehabilitation Counseling from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. Additionally, he is pursuing a doctorate in counselor education and supervision from the University of Holy Cross in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Fr. Kingsley is a licensed professional counselor with extensive experience working in jails and substance abuse treatment centers, where he has counseled numerous individuals from diverse backgrounds. Additionally, Fr. Kingsley has a certificate in healing and deliverance from the Pope Leo XIII Institute in Libertyville, Chicago. He is a member of the Knights of Columbus and the Knights of St. Peter Claver.
Fr. Kingsley has authored numerous books, including Train that Child, Who Killed the King, Praying Aggressively to Counter Spiritual Wickedness, and now O Man, Where Art Thou. Fr. Kingsley also has an album titled Meditative Songs of Healing.
